University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join the M Health Fairview Mental Health and Addiction Clinic in St. Paul at the Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub.
The M Health Fairview Mental Health and Addiction Clinic provides a wide variety of valuable services so that we can be a trusted, reliable, and accessible source for quality mental health and addiction care in the community.
The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub is a first-of-its-kind center that addresses health disparities while providing a range of critical healthcare services and community resources alongside trusted local partners. It is designed to have a positive impact on the health and well-being of the St. Paul community now and long into the future.
In this position you will:
- Care for a panel of patients at the M Health Fairview Mental Health and Addiction Clinic in St. Paul, MN.
- See 20-50% of patient visits in-person care and the remaining is remote/telemedicine in this hybrid patient care model.

- Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time)
- Day-time clinic hours
- No call

We are looking for an NP who is:
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training program.
- Certified through ANCC/AANP or eligible for ANCC/AANP national exam.
- Licensed or eligible to acquire a license and prescriptive authority through the MN Board of Medical Practice (PAs) or MN APRN license or eligible to acquire a license and prescriptive authority through MN Board of Nursing (NP's).
- Able to meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
