Join Providence TrinityCare Hospice as a full-time Palliative Care nurse practitioner. The NP will support large outpatient palliative care program in Orange County with some South Bay/LA coverage. This position is critical to managing growing caseload, contract compliance, and revenue generation. Additionally, this is a great opportunity for professional growth as the role is fairly autonomous, although you will also be supported by a dedicated team when needed.

• Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts
• Growing palliative care program
• Mostly home-based work with a combination of in person and virtual visits
• Dedicated and collegial group
• 1+ year of experience in hospice, palliative care, home health or pain management is ideal, but new graduates will also be considered
