Graham Regional Medical Center (GRMC) in Graham, Texas is seeking a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Administrator to serve their facility. GRMC is looking for a professional to be responsible for the RHC clinic with the ability to “take it to the next level”. The candidate should have well developed leadership and management abilities, including developing and managing a budget, as well as a working knowledge of Medicare RHC Conditions of Participation. This individual should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to successfully relate to, manage and supervise employees. GRMC Rural Health Clinic (RHC) is Young County Family Clinic which accommodates healthcare providers under the umbrella of GRMC which increases the community's access to quality primary healthcare at a price the community can afford by streamlining costs and providing community health.
The Clinic Administrator will report to and work closely with the CEO, with responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations and developing new business relations while maintaining existing ones.
Graham Regional Medical Center is a 25-bed short-term acute care hospital which provides a continuum of healthcare services. Some of the services GRMC provides are: Clinical Laboratory; Emergency Department with a Level IV Trauma designation and provides emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week; Infusion Therapy; Radiology and Imaging including CAT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound and Mammography; Med/Surg Services; Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Fitness and Rehab Center; Behavioral Health and a Swing Bed Program.
The successful candidate for RHC Administrator should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred and BLS/CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire. Three (3) years of healthcare administration experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Rural healthcare experience strongly preferred. Five (5) or more years of directly related work experience in a rural clinic setting may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s, or more than six (6) years of comparable experience in healthcare.
Graham is the county seat of Young County, Texas. Graham is located in the southeast portion of the county and is in the western Cross Timbers area of North Texas. Locally, this is known as the western portion of the Palo Pinto Mountains. Graham Municipal Airport is located within the city limits.
