ChristianaCare is recruiting a candidate for a one-year Healthcare Administration Fellowship, starting in the summer of 2021. If you would appreciate a personal learning experience in a large complex health system, please apply to our fellowship.
As a large health system in a small state, ChristianaCare will offer a unique, challenging and diverse learning experience for our resident. We are engaged in many efforts to transform our health system and meet the healthcare challenges facing our community and our nation.
The selected candidate for this role will gain hands-on project-specific experience, while getting exposure to many elements of our healthcare delivery system, including areas such as our service lines, essential services, medical group, information technology, home health, and others. This work will also include opportunities to interact with key state-wide leaders as we work collaboratively to improve the health of our neighbors across Delaware.
We're seeking a results-oriented, hardworking, and enthusiastic candidates who are working towards one or more of the following degrees and will be completed prior to the expected Fellowship start date (on or around July, 2021):
Master in Health Services Administration
Master in Public Health
Master in Healthcare Administration
Master in Business Administration or related fields
