Our division has experienced rapid growth across many areas over the past few years, resulting in new programs and great leadership opportunities. Specifically, we have expanded our Behavioral Health Services to serve a broader range of underserved mental health concerns in our community, specifically in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD.

Clinical Director of Child Clinical and Community Psychology. We are seeking a mid-career Psychologist with strong background in program development and clinical service across the spectrum of child and adolescent concerns. The Clinical Director of Child Clinical and Community Psychology services will report to the Chief Psychologist and will oversee program development and clinical services across all child clinical care areas, as well as oversee a team of psychologists and therapists providing services in these areas. Emphasis will be placed on supporting the provision of culturally relevant, family-centered, evidence-based care in the context of a rapidly changing health care environment. The Clinical Director will partner with our other clinical areas including Integrated Primary Care, Pediatric Specialty Care, Autism, and Neuropsychology. In addition, the Clinical Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with other community mental health organizations and providers and for disseminating information and training on culturally relevant, evidence based interventions. We are seeking an individual with specific expertise in multicultural care to meet the needs of our most underserved families in our community.
Qualifications include a Ph.D/ Psy.D. from an APA-accredited clinical or school psychology program, a pre-doctoral Internship from an APA-accredited site, and at least seven years post-licensure, with evidence of prior leadership experience.
