A champion of Behavioral Health care, this position is an integral part of the treatment team for a variety of complicated cases. As a clear, organized, and compassionate communicator, this position regularly interfaces with other behavioral health staff, legal entities, and patients in need of psychiatric and behavioral care in Southwest Washington.

The ideal Care Management Worker will have the following qualifications:
Two years employment in a healthcare setting or community agency dealing with health and/or welfare issues preferred
Must have WA State credential, either Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration (CAAR) within 90 days of hire or other applicable Social Work, Therapist, or Counselor license at time of hire
Demonstrated knowledge of community health, welfare, and social agencies
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient’s needs
Demonstrated proficiency in social work practice
We are now accepting passionate social workers with either an MSW, or Master’s in a related field (with two years’ experience) or Bachelor’s in social work/related field (with four years’ experience). Certification in Case Management highly preferred.
