The RN, Patient Care Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of care delivered by back office staff within the office and mobile clinic settings and accountable for the on-going assessment of competency for the clinical staff. The RN, Patient Care Supervisor works collaboratively with the Leadership Team and providers to ensure compliance of policy and procedures and to insure quality patient care.
Education: Certificate of completion from an accredited school of nursing for registered nursing.
License/ Certifications: Valid California Registered Nurse license.
Provider level basic life support (BLS) from AHA approved program.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of Registered Nurse experience; at least 4 years of experience preferred, with 2 years in a lead or supervisor capacity.
Training must be appropriate to site needs.
Current on regulatory standards/ scope of practice preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be proactive in identifying concerns/ problem solving.
Must demonstrate ability to follow-through on assignments.
Must take initiative to facilitate change.
Demonstrates the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
Competency in basic computer skills preferred.

St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers was founded in 2011 to provide access to medical, dental and mental health care for low income people in Orange County. The clinics began operating under St. Jude Neighborhood Health Centers ownership on September 1, 2012.
On November 1, 2013 we received designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center allowing for the expansion of services to the community including regular Saturday hours and expanded primary care services for adults and children, expanded mental health services, case management and support services.
