WORK SCHEDULE: Days (position is 10-15 hours a week)
WORK TYPE: Flex
Works under the direct supervision of the Senior Director or Regional Manager of Innovations. Supports the Fresh Food Farmacy Program by providing clerical support including program phone coverage, computer data entry, data checking, maintaining data bases, documentation and letter generation processes, record keeping, completing audits, filing, faxing and maintenance of spreadsheets and communication.

Demonstrates ability to present scripted information in a clear, concise, and objective manner.
Demonstrates good organizational skills and effective communication skills. Recognizes and respects the dignity of all people, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrates good reading comprehension, writing, spelling, and English grammar skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in basic computer skills, including accurate keyboard entry of data into relevant computer-based databases and spreadsheets, Neat, readable handwriting, attention to detail, and ability to be flexible in performing a variety of tasks.
Recording session data and health metrics for each participant (where applicable) as outlined by the program.
Demonstrates ability to complete projects within designated timelines and the ability to prioritize duties is required.
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Word and Windows & Excel, and the ability to learn other system softwares.
Demonstrates ability to use basic office equipment, computer, fax machine, copier, calculator, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required within 6 months of hire:
Certification as an instructor in an approved chronic disease program (training available after hire)
Successful completion of an approved program training
Successful facilitation of program series within timeframe as outlined by program guidelines
Attendance at re-certification, cross training, or update training(s) (if applicable).
Previous experience and familiarity with medical terminology and managed care principles preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is typically performed in an office environment.
10-15 hours per week is expected.
Travel is required.
Duties require exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally (approximately 10-33% of shift) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push and pull articles such as files and boxes.
Some weekend or evening work, based on event volume, and flexible hours required.
