You will have operational responsibility for the overall management of human, fiscal and material resources as well as integration of the Care Coordination Department. Additionally, you will manage all Care Coordination staff education and training which includes collaborating and communicating regularly with Care Management Systems analysts, IT contracted Health Plans, Medical Provider Groups, industry wide organizations (i.e., Department of Health Care, Palm Beach County, internal departments and any other providers when appropriate). Responsible for the planning, priority setting, coordination, implementation and evaluation of programs related to patient care coordination and throughput.
Registered Nurse in Florida and BSN required, MSN preferred.
Progressive managerial experience with 2 years recent supervisory experience preferred.
Case Management certification and Interqual/MCG, ACM or CCM preferred.
BLS certification required.
